Realtor.com has launched RealAssist AI within its Realtor.com+ platform to provide an automated workspace for real estate professionals, RISMedia and PR Newswire reported. The new artificial intelligence layer aims to reduce manual work by surfacing daily client insights and automating initial client setup procedures. [1][2]

According to RISMedia, the system helps agents monitor client activity and act faster on potential leads. The release notes that while artificial intelligence can summarize published property details, it cannot replace physical property visits or access unpublished real estate information. [1]

The platform addition is aimed at helping brokers and agents manage daily workflow efficiently. RISMedia reported that the technology aims to allow real estate professionals to make faster decisions and maintain better client oversight without spending time on manual tasks. [1]
