Hive MLS signed an agreement with technology firm Gitcha to add its buyer listing service to Hive's cooperative marketplace, HousingWire Agent and HousingWire reported on Wednesday. The rollout is scheduled to begin in December 2026. The new tool is designed to allow real estate agents to view buyer demand before a property listing officially hits the market. [1][2]
According to HousingWire Agent, the integration will serve nearly 20,000 brokers and appraisers. The coverage area spans more than 450 cities and towns across six Southeastern states. These states include North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Tennessee, and Alabama. [1]
The platform addition introduces Gitcha's Buyer Listing Service, or BLS, directly into Hive's wholesale cooperative marketplace. HousingWire Agent reported that the service aims to shift traditional listing workflows by giving subscribers visibility into active buyer preferences across the region. [1]
