Century Communities delivers 2442 homes generating 864 million dollars

Century Communities announced its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, TradingView reported. The homebuilder delivered 2,442 homes during the period. Total revenues reached $864.5 million. [1]

The company increased its ending community count sequentially to a record 343 communities, according to TradingView. Century Communities also achieved a record book value per share of $90.61. [1]

TradingView also reported that Century Communities expanded its corporate assets and financial capabilities. The homebuilder acquired the assets of HistoryMaker Homes on October 7, 2026. In addition, the firm expanded the capacity on its revolving line of credit to $1.2 billion. [1]
