Real REMAX Group chief executive officer Tamir Poleg warned real estate agents on Tuesday to prepare for several more years of sluggish home sales in both the United States and Canada. HousingWire reported that Poleg addressed attendees at the company's RISE conference in Las Vegas, stating that a housing market recovery previously anticipated for 2026 has failed to materialize. According to HousingWire, Poleg delivered a candid assessment of consumer finances and housing affordability. He also predicted that United States home prices could experience a decline over the coming months. [1]

RE/MAX is an international real estate franchise operating in more than 100 countries and territories. In 2015, the organization had more than 100,000 agents working across 6,800 offices worldwide. [2]

Poleg argued that the merger between The Real Brokerage and REMAX, alongside rapid investment in artificial intelligence, could provide agents with a competitive edge. HousingWire reported that he expects artificial intelligence to eventually take over housing systems. [1]
