Irish Commercial Real Estate Set for Three Billion Euros in 2026

Irish commercial property investment exceeded two billion euros during the first nine months of 2026, putting the national market on course for its strongest full-year performance since 2022, according to Bisnow citing data from property adviser Savills. The investment total is expected to reach approximately three billion euros by the end of the year. [4][5]

Bisnow reported that investors placed around 649 million euros across 20 transactions in the third quarter of 2026. Although that total was 6.5 percent lower than the investment volume recorded in the third quarter of 2025, larger individual transactions raised the average deal size to 32 million euros. That figure represents a 60 percent increase from the 20 million euro average seen in the same period last year. [4]

The largest transaction completed during the third quarter was the 180 million euro acquisition by Quantum Immobilien, according to Bisnow. Property adviser Savills noted that its current deal pipeline indicates active market conditions will continue through the fourth quarter of 2026. [4]
