Brokerage company eXp Realty and mortgage lender Newrez have formed a new joint venture called Revenos Mortgage. RISMedia and HousingWire Agent both reported that the companies announced the agreement on October 8 at the eXpcon event in Salt Lake City. [1][2]

HousingWire Agent reported that Revenos Mortgage is expected to launch in early 2027. The joint venture combines the national brokerage footprint and agent network of eXp Realty with the origination, servicing, and mortgage platform of Newrez. RISMedia added that the operation is powered by Newrez to support eXp agents and clients from application through closing. [1][2]

The new deal follows eXp Realty’s decision in early September to wind down Success Lending, its previous mortgage joint venture with Kind Lending, HousingWire Agent reported. eXp Chief Executive Officer Leo Pareja stated that the company wanted to partner with a player that possesses genuine scale in the consolidating mortgage industry.
